Russell Hutchinson: Russell first appeared on stage as a member of the Hills Youth Theatre. He enjoyed early professional experience in the 2002 Adelaide Fringe production of The Taming of the Shrew at the age of fifteen. Russell is a graduate of AC Arts, where enjoyed a variety of roles including King Lear and Albert Peterson in Bye Bye Birdie. In 2007-2008 Russell toured with a travelling Shakespeare company performing for schools and communities in Adelaide, Sydney and Melbourne and directed a sell-out production of Hamlet at the 2008 Adelaide Fringe. Last year he played Miles in the Bakehouse Theatre’s critically acclaimed production of The Drawer Boy.
Jennifer Lusk: Jennifer is a graduate of Flinders Drama Centre where she received the Minter Ellison Rising Star Award in 2004. She created Binka Boo Productions in 2005 and produced her first play in 2006 at the Adelaide Fringe with a sell out season of the comedy Fitting Rooms. Her theatre roles since graduating have included Titania in a touring production of A Midsummer Night’s Dream, The Stepmother in Cinderella and a series of characters in short plays by Alex Broun - 2x4 - directed by Heath Miller. She has also appeared in a number of short films her most recent being Fancy directed by Luke Richardson. As a writer, her work has appeared at the Adelaide and Melbourne Fringe Festivals and the Sydney Short and Sweet Festival.
Lachlan Martin: Lachlan is a 2008 acting graduate from the Adelaide Centre for the Arts, where he performed such roles as Buddy Fiddler in the Musical City of Angels, Covielle in The Prodigious Snob, Helmut in Festen and many more. His recent film credits include 8 and Come Away with me which was screened at the 2008 Feast Festival. A View of Concrete marks Lachlan’s first production since graduating from AC Arts.
Georgie Pile: Georgie is a recent graduate of the Adelaide Centre for the Arts. She was directed by Michael Hill in the Adelaide premier of Feston, in which she played the part of Helene. Last year she took on the role of the Femme Fatale, Alaura, in David Mealor’s production of City of Angels. She has been directed by Peter Dunn in two shows during her time at AC Arts; The Merry Wives of Windsor, and Baal - an experimental piece by Bertolt Brecht.
